German WWII Army (HEER) Enlisted belt and Buckle

German WWII Army (HEER) Enlisted belt and buckle set.  HEER buckle is steel and retains about %80 of its painted finish.  Buckle is maker stamped on the back  "N&H"  and then an "L".  The belt is a ncie combat belt, black leatther shows light to normal use.  The belt is size stamped on the end "90".   The keeper is in matching paint as the buckle as this set came together.  No markings to the keeper.
