NSDAP Political Leaders Reichslevel Probe Tag Collar Tabs

German WWII NSDAP collar tabs.  These are Reichslevel, and are the rank of oberbefenleiter.  This very high rank is only one behind NSDAP Reichsleiter!  A very rare and very high rank!  This set is unissued and has the RZM Standardmuster tag on them.  This is the RZM tag which is sealed on the tabs for RZM approvel/sample.  There is the aluminum seal, and a metal tag with the numbers 5  4.3, 5 434/264.   Each tab is yellow piped for Reichslevel, on a red/carmine velt based, with the metal eagle, next the four oak leafs and a single oak leaf bar.  Both tabs are unissued, and on the back is the paper RZM tag.  Very hard to find this high rank!
