German WWII Narrow Party Armband

German WWII or Pre-war party armband.  This is the thin, narrow party armband the exact purpose is not 100% known, some say it was used at the party rally events for stewards or ushers.  Cloth armband the center is printed.  Full length measures 17.5 inches and is 1.75 inches wide.  Excellent condition!
