Mint SA Brownshirt For Kurplaz

1,900.00
SKU: Mint_SA_Brownshirt_For_Kurplaz

German pre-war SA brownshirt.  This one is mint and was never worn.  Based on condition, it looks to have been ready for an SA man, but never used.  The shirt is tan cotton twill and has Black and White twist cord piping to the collar.  On the shoulder, is the shoulderboard which is hand sewn and has a medium to dark green underlay for Kurplaz.  It has Black and White twist cord to the top.  A single silver button is also there.  On the collar, the tabs are the same medium to dark green for Kurplaz, and the rank side is blank with the other side in white chainstiching for 5/18.  5/18 was a sturm that was entitled to wear the cufftitle "EMIL MULLER" on the sleeve.  This shirt has never had the cufftitle added.  The shirt is MINT and the only issue is on the front pocket flap there is a torn section missing under the flap, cannot be seen unless you unbutton the flap and look under.

The armband is MINT and was found in the pocket.  It is cotton and multi-section and has the paper RZM tag on it.  Most armbands used on brownshirts just slipped on and were not often sewn on so as to remove for washing. The shirt has a partial white upper cotton liner with several size and maker numbers.  At the waist are the sections for the BOBI belt ramps.  This shirt does not have them installed.  The reason is not know, but the BOBI system allows you to insert them very easily.  You can find them for sale from different dealers, usually around $15 each.  This shirt may have never had them put in for whatever reason.  You wont find a better brownshirt in an un-worn condition.  I feel that the SA man bought his shirt, and never had a chance to wear it.  Really nice and hard to find like this!
