Kriegsmarine Officers Cap Wreath

German WWII Kreigsmarine officers cap wreath.  This ones in nice shape and is made of Cellon.  Has the 3D center roundel.  Backing is oilcloth and some is missing.    There is some light Blue wool missing at the top, very light.  It's a nice wreath for a visor.
