German WWII Customs tunic. This is a rare tunic to find. A mid-level ranks Customs official wearing a combat styled tunic. Tunic is in a M42 cut, unpleated pockets, Scalloped flaps. Tunic is a unique Customs field gray/green wool with the typical Customs green collar. The tunic is also piped in the mid-dark Green as well. M42 cut, collat hasBeVo woven collar tabs, green with the Light Gray/Silver leaf and saw cut boarder and single silver pip to each. Shoulderboards are sewin style, Mid/Dark Green base with the two types of cording to the tops. Green outer and Silver inn er with Green "V"s. Single silver pip and Gold RSV cyphers to each. Tunic is in close to mint condition and shows little use. On the sleeve is the BeVo woven cufftitle for Customs in Green with the Customs eagle. ALL buttons match and are original to the tunic, Green/Gray painted pebbled buttons, same as worn on the Army combat tunics. Inside is a partial liner, but a bit nicer quality satin material with bandage pocket lower corner. Has straps for the Belt hangers. Fully lined stripped off-White sleeve liner. Collar has the Five buttons for the collar liner. This style tunic, in a combat wool and style is a hard tunic to find as the ones sold these days are of a officer/office worn tunic. This tunic is fantastic and is a rare model to find.
