German WWII or Pre-War Forestry officials greatcoat. This ones mint and is very clean. Medium Green twill wool, this coat has the lighter Green collar with the silver bullion wire piping. Collar Tabs are for State Forestry and are a Silver bullion weave with two acorns and two wreaths. The shoulderboards are Green based with a secondary Silver Bullion piping. Then the top cords are Medium Green with a single Gold pip to each. Boards are sewn into the shoulder. All buttons match and are the typical Forestry buttons, Green plastic lightly lined face. The liner is a full liner in a Pale Green satin material and features a dagger hanger strap with a chromed Hook which is "A" assman stamped and DRGM. Inside the pocket is the name tag which matches the Tailors tag in the neck, the name tag is dated 1939. Coat shows no mothing and very light to little use! Excellent condition.
